Returns & Exchange Policy
All goods collected and/or delivered must be inspected and signed for only after thorough inspection. Goods incorrectly supplied or purchased should be returned within 3 working days of your receipt thereof. A refund/exchange will be done within 7 working days of our receipt of the goods provided they are received in good condition. Should goods be incorrectly supplied the supplier will bear the return courier cost. Should goods be incorrectly purchased the customer will bear the return courier cost.
The courier/transport company is an independent entity from MMP. MMP will not be liable for parts lost or damaged in transit. Should any items be lost or damaged in transit, a claim needs to be made via the courier company’s insurance (provided insurance was taken by yourself).
MMP is not responsible for labour nor do we claim liabilities for parts warped and unable to fit correctly. All parts must be fitted by an RMI Approved Workshop or Repair Center.
